Responsibilities

Design and develop cloud-ready applications using SAP RAP, adhering to clean core principles
Implement business services with CDS views, behavior definitions, and managed/unmanaged implementations
Integrate developed solutions with Fiori/UI5 front-ends and other BTP services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and deployment
Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance within the BTP landscape
Support debugging and performance tuning across BTP applications

Required

5+ years of experience in ABAP development, with at least 3+ year specifically in BTP RAP projects
Proficiency in CDS Views, BOPF, Behavior Definitions, OData V4, and Fiori Elements
Solid understanding of Clean Core strategy, Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model exposure is a plus
Hands-on with SAP Business Technology Platform, ABAP RESTful programming, and Git-based versioning
Strong debugging skills, unit testing, and performance analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent

Preferred

SAP certifications in BTP or RAP are an advantage
