Maintain compliance with LIHTC and Tax Credit programs
Drive financial performance-occupancy, rent collection, and budgets
Lead and develop your on-site team
Manage maintenance and vendor relationships
Champion LSA's mission in every interaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Conventional housing
3+ years in multifamily housing
1+ year managing LIHTC programs
1+ year as a Community Manager
Strong financial and operational management skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Preferred
Experience with RealPage software
