Avir Health Group is seeking an Activities Director to coordinate the entire activity program within the facility. The role involves promoting quality leisure time activities and ensuring residents' needs and interests are met.

Responsibilities

Develop and promote recreation programs including music, dance, arts and crafts, cultural arts, nature study, social recreation and physically and mentally stimulation exercises

Keep abreast of current events within the community and utilize available resources

Organize and maintain both daily and monthly schedule of activities. Inform and assist residents regarding activities

Develop resident’s council/grievance committee to encourage the residents’ involvement and provides means for ensuring the rights of residents

Supervise volunteer support
