Responsibilities
5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
Experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration is a plus but not required
A strong desire to continue company provided education on hot side equipment
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work on-call
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
EPA certification - Type II or Universal (if you will be handling refrigerants)
Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required

Required
