Macy's is a storied retailer with a rich history in America, and they are seeking a Retail Fulfillment Associate to enhance the shopping experience for omni-channel customers. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor while managing back-of-house fulfillment tasks, including selecting, packing, and shipping orders, as well as assisting with in-store and curbside pickups.

Receive merchandise, tag items, or organize the stockroom

Focus on the customer by greeting them warmly and actively listening and resolving issues

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Finish Strong by sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you

Wrap up the day by organizing the stockroom, completing orders, and setting the team up for the next day’s success

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities
