Responsibilities
Inform customers of procedures for applying for services such as ATM or debit cards, direct deposit of checks and certificates of deposit
Obtain customer information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes
Answer customers' questions, and explain available services such as deposit accounts, Online banking, mobile banking, etc
Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to meet their financial needs
Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into computers, and file related forms or other documents
Investigate and refer errors to appropriate bank personnel
Perform Personal Banker duties as needed
Assist in teller/vault audits when needed
All other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
5+ years of banking (branch) experience
at least 2 years of Relationship Manager (CSR) related experience
