Field Services Engineer
Northwest Towers is a fast growing industrial leader in industrial wireless solutions, and they are seeking a Field Services Engineer. The role involves developing and implementing wireless solutions, troubleshooting network components, and managing special projects while ensuring customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities
Responsible for execution of day-to-day commercial operations
Develop and implement wireless solutions, network designs, meeting company goals and objectives
Install and troubleshoot network and wireless components and accessories
Special Project Management as assigned
Light manufacturing duties as needed
Packaging and shipping orders to job sites and customers
Develop bill of materials for Sales team consistent with network design per project as assigned
Study and implement industry best practices in network, RF design and construction of wireless networks
Understand new and existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met
Report project status, documentation, and quality assurance results to senior management daily
Training and certification for various working environments and tasks (may include MSHA Part 48, OSHA 30, Elevated Work Platforms, Work at Heights, Tower Rescue, First Aid, FAA Commercial Drone Pilot, etc)
Qualification
Required
Able to stand or work on your feet for an entire day/shift
Able to self manage and work alone or in small teams to complete tasks
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to pass a drug test
Able to work in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow)
Capable of lifting 50-70lbs regularly
Experience with hand and power tools
Legally able to travel and work abroad (must hold valid passport)
Legally able to work in the US
Preferred
Previous experience in the wireless broadband or telecommunications industry is a plus
Experience with installation of both indoor and outdoor twisted pair, coax, and fiber preferred
Experience with low voltage trade work in construction environment
Understanding of RF/Wireless theory and best practices
Experience operating scissor lifts, man lifts, telehandler and similar machinery
