Responsibilities
One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC
Working knowledge of grounds/common areas
Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation
Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week
Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training
Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory
Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
Enthusiastic and with positive attitude
Qualification
Required
