Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Manage document production and review, including e-discovery processes
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial logistics
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
Prepare and file documents with state and federal courts
Track case deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
Strong knowledge of California state and federal court rules and procedures
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
