Required
Proficiency in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including search ads, display ads, Meta ads, A/B testing, and social media advertising platforms
Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations
Experience in social media, content creation, ad copywriting, and designing engaging advertisements
Familiarity with market research, a working sales funnel, audience targeting, industry-related trends and advertising strategies for effective campaign execution
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for working effectively within a team environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience with HVAC or similar industries in marketing and sales is a plus
