Inside Sales Project Manager
Harrison Energy Partners is focused on equipment sales and supporting their outside sales group. The Inside Sales Project Manager will manage projects from start to finish, prepare bids, and coordinate documentation while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

Meet daily deadlines for plan and spec jobs
Prepare accurate bids
Make accurate job submittals
Order job equipment accurately
Manage projects from start to finish
Quote equipment replacement requested by contractors
Answer customer questions/concerns regarding quotes, product application & performance, submittals, orders, changeorders, and shipping
Support outside sales customers when Outside Sales Associates are absent
Assist Inside Sales Team as needed
Promote and sell equipment to house accounts
Coordinate field documentation with customers and other responsible parties (i.e. service, controls). Documents include IOMs, warranty, and startup
Help develop, document, deploy, and maintain NSS processes and integrate with software tools (e.g. Airmaxx, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Broad knowledge of such fields as advanced accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc
Associate degree plus 4-6 years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization
Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the company
Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively
Continually strive to improve personal performance. Take an active role in seeking training or other opportunities for growth and development
