Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales
Be the point of contact between the VP of Sales and employees/customers
Maintain and regularly update the internal CRM database
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail while maintaining a calm demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative, collaborative team player that enjoys working within a results-driven, community-oriented environment
Self-confidence with proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Place, receive, and lead a high volume of phone calls and e-mails
Experience with customer retention
Experience in assisting sales personnel
Stay current with information systems and training
Promotes and sells new products to existing and/or potential customers through a relationship-based approach
