Supports end-users with optimal solutions for multiple clinical and/or business applications

Works closely with analysts, system users, and operational leaders to ensure successful rollout of features and usage of applications

Required

2 years operational experience with EHR system(s) – Clinical and/or Business preferred

Remain flexible and adaptable with respect to changing end-user needs

Demonstrate critical thinking skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Ensure work deliverables are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner

Take initiative and be willing to learn new content and technology

Communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts

Demonstrate resilience through difficult situations, reaching high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
