Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns
Interviewing clients
Friendly and pleasant demeanor
Work with advisors to provide tax-efficient solutions to client needs
Draft client and advisor communications on behalf of the tax department
Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years experience preparing Federal and state individual, trust, estate, and business returns
Knowledgeable about the latest legislation and regulations
Detail-oriented
Comfortable analyzing tax data
Interviewing clients
Reviewing tax forms for completeness and accuracy
Ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and customer service
Proven work experience as an Enrolled Agent or Certified Public Accountant
Thorough knowledge of accounting and taxing authority procedures
Intermediate or better Excel knowledge to work with data quickly
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
Self-sufficient work ethic to take on and follow through on tasks independently
