New Grad, Entry LevelExcelcare at Egg Harbor is seeking a creative, energetic, and compassionate Activities Aide to join our resident engagement team. This part-time role is essential to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through meaningful activities, social interaction, and therapeutic recreation.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and leading group and individual activities for residents
Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet residents’ physical and cognitive needs
Help set up and clean up activity areas and materials
Escort residents to and from activity programs as needed
Document resident participation and feedback
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support resident well-being
Celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special events with enthusiasm
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Creative thinking and a passion for working with older adults
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist residents with mobility
Reliable and punctual work habits
Preferred
Experience in recreation, activities, or senior care preferred
