STRATOS is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join The Kelley Financial Group. This role involves performing daily administrative and operational tasks with a focus on client service and support, ensuring high attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare new account and service paperwork efficiently and effectively to completion

Provide customer service both in person and over the phone to facilitate and resolve client service requests

Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate

Process client requests in a timely and efficient manner

Participate in client review meetings to ensure accurate notes reflect the discussions and take-away items

Coordinate with LPL Financial and other custodians and strategic partners on client account maintenance and reporting

Contribute to the development and execution of client service standards resulting in client retention and satisfaction

Perform office operations including answering phones, greeting clients and screening calls

Manage projects, vendors, partners, team players, etc., as needed Process client service requests with a high attention to detail including money movements, new accounts, and statements and records

Required

2+ Years of experience in a client service environment, preferably in the financial services industry

Highly detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take complete and accurate notes and maintain confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web Browsers

Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

Preferred

College Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
