Ashley Global Retail is seeking a dynamic Pourline Assistant to support the foam manufacturing process. This role involves assisting with the preparation, pouring, and monitoring of chemical mixtures while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and mixing chemicals for foam production

Support the pouring process by monitoring flow and ensuring correct application

Inspect equipment and work area for cleanliness and safety compliance

Communicate with operators and supervisors to maintain production efficiency

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and handling of chemicals

Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
