The IT Technical Writer will support Developers and Partners in building and integrating web apps on the platform, working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and UX to create an end-to-end documentation journey.

Responsibilities
Writes and maintains robust documentation that focuses on OTT app onboarding, development, and deployment (e.g., feature explanations, implementation guides, API references, and business requirements)
Partners with Product to define documentation strategy, establish writing guidelines, and formalize operational processes
Acts as a content subject matter expert that proactively and independently gathers information from adjacent teams about upcoming features and improvements
Incorporates feedback from external partners and internal stakeholders to continually improve documentation quality
Follows and maintains style guide to ensure consistent documentation quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Technical Communication, Engineering, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience writing public-facing documentation for business and technical audiences
Writing samples that demonstrate relevant previous work
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Markdown
Experience writing documentation for software developers such as API or SDK documentation
Experience defining and executing content strategy across multiple product areas
Experience writing documentation for the streaming or entertainment industries
