Responsibilities
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and support career growth
Support New Hire Onboarding training and all other training related to compliance and safety
Lead and support efforts to enhance employee experience through regular 30, 60, and 90-day check-in conversations
Address employee concerns, foster a positive workplace culture, and promote employee engagement initiatives
Maintain and update HR records and databases
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contribute to the smooth operation of the HR office
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or certification in Human Resources preferred
Possess excellent Facilitation skills and communication skills (both written and oral forms)
High level of energy, creativity and independent thinking
Self-motivated and results driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong team orientation and ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to commute between both hotels

Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
