Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships in alignment with Community Savings Bank’s business strategies

Originating, underwriting, and closing a range of secured and unsecured loans—including commercial, agriculture, real estate, and retail

Ensuring compliance with lending objectives and institutional policies

Playing a critical part in customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth

Required

Five years' minimum experience as a commercial and/or agricultural lender

Desire to pursue a career in commercial and/or agricultural lending

This role requires registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) if engaging in real estate lending
