Responsibilities

Work directly with customer stakeholders to uncover high-value problems and define the ideal future state

Architect, build, and maintain production-ready applications that operate on large, complex datasets

Transform messy, disparate data into intuitive tools and workflows used by operators and executives

Iterate rapidly by scoping, developing, deploying, and refining solutions at startup speed

Own the full delivery lifecycle including scoping, data integration, analysis, application building, and operationalisation

Serve as an embedded technical partner to customer teams, driving real business change

Contribute feedback to internal product and engineering teams to help shape scalable, reusable solutions

Travel as required, typically between 10% and 33%, for discovery, implementation, and rollout

Required

Proficient in TypeScript, Software engineering, Python, Data engineering

One to five years of experience as a full-stack engineer, data engineer, or deployment or implementation engineer

Proven ability to build production-grade software from ambiguous or evolving requirements

Strong data reasoning and analytical skills, with confidence working with structured and unstructured data

Proficiency in Python and or TypeScript and the ability to learn quickly

A track record of high performance and excellence, whether in professional roles, academics, or notable extracurricular achievements

Experience in startup-like environments where autonomy, speed, and ownership are expected

Ability to work independently, make high-quality decisions, and fully own outcomes

Comfort working with non-technical stakeholders and presenting to senior leaders

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and a quantitative major such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field
