Responsibilities
Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone, with scheduling their insurance exam and helping them with billing questions
Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander’s Identify Theft Protection by taking inbound and making outbound calls
Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position Zander products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers
Join a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone
Schedule insurance exams and help clients with billing questions
Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander's Identify Theft Protection
Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies
Provide long-term, individualized solutions to customers
Communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally in person, via email, video meetings and telephone
Communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
Ability to pay attention, listen actively, analyze problems and evaluate options
Ability to appropriately handle stress in a fast-paced environment
Sit & stand for extended periods of time up to 7 hours per day
Must be able to walk up and down stairs
Physical, consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek
