Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including: Hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers
Social workers and case managers
Clinics, physicians’ offices, and community organizations
Conduct in-person outreach, presentations, and drop-ins to educate partners on our services
Represent the organization professionally at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Identify new referral opportunities and underserved areas
Follow up consistently with referral partners to maintain long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with professionals and building rapport quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the St. Louis area
Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or community outreach
Background in sales, relationship management, or business development
