Leadership Development Facilitator

Berry Institute meetings/tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational development, communication studies, organizational psychology, or related field strongly preferred and 5-7 years experience Dynamic and adaptive facilitation experience (leadership skills, strategic planning, etc.) or
Master's Degree in Organizational development, communication studies, organizational psychology, or related field strongly preferred and 3-5 years experience
ICF Coaching Credential Preferred
Willingness to be vaccinated for seasonal influenza and other specified vaccinations
Ability to supply immunization records as proof of vaccination
Must live in the Kansas City metro area
