Consumer Advocate: be the voice that will translate unmet consumer needs into actionable packaging solutions

Solution Seeker: research, development and facilitation of idea generation sessions for creating benefit-led packaging concepts

Concept Innovator: Explore emerging trends and technologies in packaging, identifying opportunities for benefit-led sustainable innovation

Cross-functional Inclusivity: partnered with cross-functional teams to conduct early stage testing of packaging prototypes that elevate value propositions

Technical Leadership: Earn trust with science by providing evidence-based direction to business, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high-performing packaging

Required

5+ experience in OTC/Pharma/Device, Cosmetic/Personal Care, Food or related industry is required

A minimum of BS degree in Packaging, Engineering or a related Science discipline is required

Working knowledge of packaging materials and technologies, recycled and recyclable content, sustainable packaging practices, the circular economy, lifecycle assessments, sustainability metrics and the impact on the environment

In-depth knowledge of components/materials and processes used in construction and manufacturing of OTC drug product packaging

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
