Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of technical services on schedule, within budget, and in conformance with the contract. Services consist of information technology, information assurance, quality assurance, financial, management and technical support, public safety, facilities engineering, supply, records management, command support, and contract management

Oversees subcontractor performance

Maintains customer relationships and ensures satisfaction with services

Works with HR and recruiters to execute personnel actions and maintain workforce

Works with Finance to develop budgets, track expenditures, monitor funding, and approve invoices

Works with Contracts to initiate and/or accept contract modifications

Monitors Program performance; manages risk and issues

Ensures timely delivery of CDRL reports and products

Prepares and delivers presentations and status reports to the customer

Aligns activities with customer and company strategic goals

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline

5 years of experience managing a large technical effort

7 years of demonstrated subject matter expertise relevant to information technology, information assurance, quality assurance, finance, management support, supply, and corporate operations

Experience creating spend plans, tracking expenditures, and coordinating teams to accomplish assigned tasks

Able to maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline

Ten years of experience managing a large technical effort

Fifteen years of demonstrated subject matter expertise relevant to information technology, information assurance, quality assurance, finance, management support, supply, and corporate operations

Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent

Lean Six Sigma training
