Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic guidance to Aria’s Clinical Operations and support the Finance team in various financial modeling, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted business partner in the areas of Dental, Vision, Audiology, and Podiatry Operations. Be the strategic right hand for Clinical Leadership, including the Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Medical Officers, and Directors of Clinical Operations. Translate financial performance, KPIs, and detailed analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
Own Cost of Revenue within the financial model, including in the annual budget process, periodic reforecasts, and the long-range plan
Own, improve upon, and create insightful analysis on financial performance, key performance indicators, and trends to support decision-making. Examples include clinic day efficiency, provider productivity, state-level breakdowns, evaluating patients’ access to care, home satisfaction monitoring, and billing & reimbursement analysis
Support the VP Finance & CFO in the creation of monthly/quarterly reporting materials and presentations to the executive team and board of directors
Proactively improve upon or create new processes that reduce manual effort & improve the efficiency of the finance function. Collaborate with Analytics, Systems, and Clinical teams to enhance the value of technology, especially Salesforce, NextGen EMR, and PowerBI

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience (FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy, consulting), with a record of achievement & ownership
Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Advanced skills and experience using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Experience in leveraging technology & systems, with a preference for Salesforce, NextGen, PowerBI, and Intacct
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Problem solving skills - strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop innovative solutions
Planning/organizing - the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure that assignments are completed in a timely and productive manner
Quality control/Attention to detail - demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance
