Responsibilities
Responsible for providing analytical and accounting skills for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reporting activities and audits for the entire Company, including maintaining and overseeing the controls for accounts in areas such as fixed assets, projects, sponsorships, accruals and intercompany items
Responsible for interpreting and analyzing financial information related to general ledger journal entries and transactions
Manage accounting rules and business processes and provide real-time reporting and analysis to Management and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to proper internal controls and interface with key internal customers as part of daily responsibilities and project teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred; experience in fixed assets or construction-in-progress and Workday GL system is a plus
Advanced Excel skills required as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work in a team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders

Understanding of processes and accounting related to banking/financial services preferred
