Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end data migration lifecycle including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation
Define and implement data migration strategy, roadmap, and approach for the project
Collaborate with functional leads (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) to identify migration objects and define data mapping rules
Oversee data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities to ensure data quality
Develop and manage data migration templates, functional mapping documents, and data load programs
Utilize tools like SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit for data load execution
Coordinate mock loads, test cycles, and cutover rehearsals to validate data accuracy and process readiness
Establish robust data reconciliation and sign-off procedures with business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and security standards
Lead a team of data migration specialists, manage deliverables, and report status to project management
Work closely with technical (ABAP/PI/PO) teams for automation and integration during migration
Qualification
