Senior Manager, Growth Governance
Marriott International is the world’s largest hotel company, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for Growth Governance. This role is responsible for overseeing M&A initiatives within Marriott’s transformation program, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of governance frameworks for M&A initiatives
Monitor compliance with standards, policies, and best practices across growth projects
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability for governance requirements
Identify and assess risks, support mitigation planning, and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare and present governance updates, reports, and executive materials for leadership and steering committees
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and forums to address governance issues and drive resolution
Contribute to change management activities, including communications and training related to governance processes
Continuously seek opportunities to improve governance processes and support disciplined, scalable growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years in project governance, compliance, project management, consulting or related roles with progressive responsibility
Prior experience supporting large-scale transformation or M&A initiatives
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and process improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive presentations and decision materials
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with M&A governance in the hospitality industry
Familiarity with Marriott brands and disciplines
