Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Operations Supervisor within their Corporate Payments line of business. In this role, you will manage a professional team to ensure SLA, providing analyses related to team performance and quality assurance while collaborating with other departments to address client challenges.

Responsibilities

Monitoring team performance, approving time sheets, and providing stand-ups and motivational meetings

Training new hires and ongoing education

Maximizing the use of current tools, reports, and programs as well as using technological creativity and identifying process improvements

Working with Leadership and Business Partners (when applicable) to prioritize incoming volume

Collaborating with adjacent departments to understand client challenges and provide solutions

Supporting operational needs by implementing processes related to special projects

Required

3+ years of leadership experience

Analytical and general math skills are required

Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortably

Have the ability to work independently

Need to be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated

Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, processes

Understands the importance of accurate data for business operations

Ability to adapt to change and offer process improvements

Tenacity to think 'outside the box' when presenting solutions to business challenges

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Credit card industry experience is a plus; CRM experience is a plus

Familiarity with Salesforce and or other CRM packages preferred
