Trainee Account Executive

Responsibilities
Learn Tierwest’s consultative sales process from first contact to final handshake
Attend in-person business visits with senior Account Executives, observing how they position T-Mobile’s business services to clients in real time
Build foundational product knowledge, understanding how each service helps companies communicate better, operate faster, and reduce costs
Take on increasing responsibility for lead generation, territory planning, and scheduling client appointments
Support presentations by preparing data, case studies, and proposal materials
Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
Participate in regular coaching sessions to sharpen communication, organization, and closing techniques
