Responsibilities
Assemble and install blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized window treatments
Safely work on ladders ranging from 6 feet to 20+ feet
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Use basic hand and power tools
Understand installation layouts, mounting techniques, and product operation
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Leave customer homes clean and cared for after each installation
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working on ladders and in customer homes
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Strong communication and customer service mindset
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Prior construction or installation experience is helpful but not required
Ability to commute to Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
