The role focuses on selling personal training services, closing sales appointments, and generating leads in the community while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

Take and close in-facility sales appointments for personal training, small group, and team training services

Make outbound calls and follow up with scheduled appointments quickly and consistently

Prescribe and sell the right training solution based on each client’s goals

Accurately log notes, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM

Attend local business, networking, and community events to represent D1 Gainesville and generate new leads

Collaborate with coaches and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience from sale to the turf

Qualification

Required

1+ year of sales experience (fitness, personal training, or service-based sales preferred)

Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales goals and KPIs

Confident, energetic communicator — in person, on the phone, and in the community

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust quickly

Dependable transportation
