They are seeking a responsible Compliance Specialist to manage regulatory certifications and assist with compliance-related tasks for multifamily apartment communities.

Responsibilities
Manage and submit annual regulatory certifications/reports, including Annual Owner Certifications (AOCs), LIRCs, and PORT submissions for LIHTC and RD projects
Assist in preparing and reviewing accurate agency response reports (in collaboration with Rightsource) and develop correction actions for inspection findings
Process and finalize tenant certifications (ARs, MIs, MOs) and ensure timely completion of annual Rent and UA changes and recertification's in Voyager
Serve as the primary compliance resource for on-site property managers
Ensure on-site managers are trained and proficient in compliance-related software
Maintain organized, systematic, and secure project/tenant files
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Energetic, dependable, self-starter, and problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
