Conducting interviews, evaluating skills, and matching candidates with roles that align with their experience and career goals
Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure seamless placements
Engaging with candidates throughout the hiring process to create strong, long-term connections
Maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience
Qualification
Required
A people person who thrives on building relationships and making meaningful connections
Recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (or a strong desire to learn!)
A self-motivated team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with experience in applicant tracking systems, HR software, or similar tools
