Customer Service Representative (Harbor Operations)
Harbor is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their small team. The role involves supporting daily front-desk operations, assisting with harbor office tasks, and providing customer service at the fuel dock while ensuring a calm and professional office environment.

Responsibilities
Greeting tenants and visitors in person, by phone, and by email
Answering common questions and directing more complex issues to management
Processing payments and handling basic paperwork
Data entry, digital filing, and simple record tracking
Keeping the office clean, calm, and professional
Assisting with gate access, fuel reports, and permit/insurance tracking
Preparing and maintaining mooring permit files
Opening and closing the fuel station
Greeting customers and providing spill-prevention equipment
Activating pumps and monitoring operations for safety
Completing transactions and securing the station
Running simple errands using the harbor vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
Assisting with other basic tasks to support the team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Clear communication skills
Valid driver's license
Weekend and holiday availability is required
Preferred
Boat or harbor experience is not required — full training will be provided
