Responsibilities
Develop 3D models and construction drawings based on sketches, notes, and direction from supervisors
Ask questions and actively learn Mill Plain Electric’s modeling, drawing standards, and CAD and BIM software platforms
Work on multiple projects throughout the workday and adapt to shifting priorities
Pursue continuous personal and professional development, both on and off the job
Qualification

Strong spatial reasoning and visualization skills
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and try new things
General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective written and verbal communication skills, or a willingness to develop them
Basic understanding or interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its applications
Familiarity with Architecture and Construction Drawings
Willingness to learn Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
High school diploma or equivalent; interest in pursuing knowledge in construction/architecture-related fields is an advantage
Preferred
Experience with design software is a plus but not mandatory
