Responsibilities

Follow MasterCard Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
Leverage new technologies and approaches to innovating with increasingly large data sets
Work with project team to meet scheduled due dates, while identifying emerging issues and recommending solution for problems
Perform assigned tasks and production incidents independently
Contribute ideas to help ensure that required standards and processes are in place and actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency

Required

Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience in job offered or as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or related
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience
Qualifying experience must include one (1) year with each of the following: JAVA/J2EE; SQL; PL/SQL; JSON/XML; ORACLE/MYSQL; WINDOWS/LINUX; ECLIPSE; ALM TOOLS; NIFI; SPARK; HADOOP
Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
Report any suspected information security violation or breach
Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
