Electrical Engineering Manager
Shermco Industries is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth processes, and collaborating with other departments to meet company goals.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivity
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals are aligned and met
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10 years in engineering (to include electrical power distribution) and 5+ years of experience in operations management to include P&L ownership
Strong leadership and management skills
BD and customer interfacing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
