Central Equipment Service Tech-Supply Chain - 137946

The Central Equipment Service Tech I is responsible for managing equipment and supply inventory for nursing units, including supply inventory management and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for all activities and competencies related to equipment and supply inventory for nursing units in various locations
Supply Inventory & Management
Equipment Inventory Management
Real Time Location System (RTLS) support, and related administrative support
Performs other responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Six (6) months of recent Central Service operations or Equipment Management experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, flexibility and professionalism in dealing with staff and visitors
Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS-Office, Excel, Word, i-Share base programs)
Proven knowledge and ability to effectively work in and facilitate a team environment
Preferred
Experience with managing equipment and supplies
Experience working with vendors
Experience working with patient charging methods
Experience working with RTLS or equipment tracking method
Large healthcare complex experience
Experience using and maintaining a database and spreadsheets
