CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities
Builds and maintains relationships with customers
Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature
Demonstrates basic knowledge of application functionality
Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customers issues and concerns
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school
Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in deposit operations
Strong technical and customer support skills
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Able to managing multiple competing priorities effectively
