They are seeking a tech-savvy and service-oriented IT & Data Support Specialist to support staff with desktop applications, advanced data tools, and assist with AI-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

Assist staff with advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data modeling

Support Power BI report creation, analysis, and troubleshooting

Help correlate and integrate data from systems such as Yardi, NetSuite, and other cloud-based platforms

Participate in AI-related initiatives and assist staff in adopting new technologies

Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software and system access issues

Create documentation and training materials to improve digital literacy

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.), Power BI or similar analytics platforms

Familiarity with Yardi, NetSuite, or other enterprise systems

Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical applications

Experience in automating processes and improving workflows, especially using AI and automation tools

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with HR, finance, and compliance teams

Prior experience in IT support or data analysis preferred

Knowledge of data privacy/security best practices
