Responsibilities
Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning
Prepare and review related tax returns
Manage estate and trust administration, including all aspects of Massachusetts probate and trust law
Handle routine probate administrations from start to finish
Communicate effectively with clients, fiduciaries, and professional advisors
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of estate planning experience
Strong understanding of probate and trust administration
Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple complex matters simultaneously
Preferred
LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required
