Responsibilities
The Screen Printer is responsible for the setup and operation of screen-printing equipment for screen production
Monitor and judge print quality at start and throughout the production run
Adjust ink as needed to ensure quality print
Read, understand, and interpret job tickets
Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs of equipment
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE SCREEN PRINTING EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of the setup and operating the screen-printing equipment
Proficient knowledge of ink chemistry and color formulation
Proficient in screen making and image setup
Understand printing and print production including but not limited to file setup, printing, laminating, mounting, cutting and finishing
Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems that arise during production
Strong basic math and computer skills
Follows all safety and workplace policies
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience in screen printing
