Responsibilities
Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and ensuring deadlines are met
Delegating tasks on projects to employees best positioned to complete them
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Be the central point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicate no less than weekly to executives the status of projects
Perform quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjust schedules and targets as needed to ensure timelines are met
Upon project definition and objectives, manage project life cycle
Manage and track the following, but not limited to project schedule, financials, external and internal communication, resource planning, etc
Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed
Maintain active reporting via management software so the entire company is apprised of status
Use interpersonal skills to manage conflict and escalate to appropriate leadership when warranted
Assist in updating internal knowledge base systems
