They are seeking a Hardware Engineer responsible for setting up HW testing and debug environments, assisting in identifying hardware engineering issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist the engineers to solve the engineering issue timely
Set up HW testing and debug environment
Collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause
Support the manufacturing debug team troubleshoot
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer
Measure the signal waveform and support the bring up test
Qualification
Required
Operate the oscilloscope and Digital multi-meter
Solder wire and rework PCB board
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and diligence
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Highly Emotional intelligence skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Bachelor's degree, master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills
Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role
Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable
Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
