Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align Oracle ERP, Procore, and JDE solutions with organizational objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements and system integrations across multiple platforms
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of ERP and project management systems to ensure accurate functionality
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation for business processes and system configurations
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis with ERP systems
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and JDE platforms, including system integration and process optimization
Proficiency in Procore and ability to manage complex workflows in construction or project management environments
