Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment

Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks

Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive

Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours

Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs

Qualification

Maintenance experienceValid Driver’s LicenseOn-call availabilityHigh school diplomaPossession of tools

Required

Three years maintenance experience in property management or related field

Possession of minimum tools required

Ability to be available 'on call' 24 hours, seven days a week

Valid Driver's License
