Responsibilities
Process Shipments in SAP with no errors
Identify and label all outbound shipments in a timely manner
Support FIFO procedures
Ensure the accuracy of incoming shipments
Record all incoming shipments in the receiving log
Delivery of all incoming shipments to the correct department
Communicate with the customer when necessary for any delivery issues
Work with Forklift Drivers to make sure the correct parts are pulled and loaded
Responsible to maintain organization in the shipping area
Coordinate with repack to ensure product is available for shipment
Other duties as requested by Management
Qualification
Required
6-12 months of Shipping or Warehouse experience
Required Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Must be able to work with minimal Supervision
Lifting up to 20 lbs
Standing up to 6 hours per day
Frequent bending, reaching with arms forward/above the shoulders
Ability to stay focused for extended periods of time
Ability to multitask
Ability to analyze information, identify problems
Preferred
SAP experienced preferred
Forklift experience a plus
